I took this photo from a window seat — somewhere between where I was and where I was going. And that’s how life has often felt: suspended in between, filled with questions, dreams, and determination. This image reminds me how far I’ve come. Every cloud below me once felt like an obstacle. Now, I see them as markers of the climb.

There was a moment in my life when I chose to step in front of a camera—not to be seen, but to be remembered.
It wasn’t for fame, for a portfolio, or to chase external validation. It was something much more personal. I booked a studio photoshoot as a way to preserve a version of myself I didn’t want to forget. The version of me who had endured, who had carried pain with grace, who had kept going even when it was hard to see where the road was leading.
I wanted to capture that woman. To honor her.

Silence
I wrote the lyrics to “Silence” during a time when my soul was louder than my voice.
It’s a prayer, a reckoning, and a thank-you all at once.
It’s about guilt, forgiveness, grief, and divine love—
and about walking a path I couldn’t always see clearly,
but never walked alone.
These are my words, and now they live as a song.
